UNIONS BEGIN BALLOT FOR COORDINATED STRIKE ACTION OVER PAY IN THE CIVIL SERVICE
NIPSA, GMB and Unite will commence a ballot for industrial action across all NI Civil Service Departments and Arms’ Length Bodies.
The action is being forced by a derisory and insulting pay offer from the Department of Finance which will see most Civil Servants receive less than 2%.

REMOVE UNFAIR STAFF PARKING CHARGES AT NHS TRUST SAY GMB UNION
GMB trade union call on North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Trust to remove unfair staff car parking charges. We believe that it's unfair that staff should pay to park at work. We also believe that it's unfair that substantial profit is made from these charges, and we can evidence this is the case as we have submitted a freedom of information request to the Trust and have been provided with the data.
