GMB trade union secures improved pay offer at Booth Industries.
After protracted negotiations and a week of Industrial action, GMB union have secured increases over the length of two years and a one-off payment for a pay freeze for 2020.
For 2020 - £420 (1.5%) one-off payment
1st March 2021 - 3.25%
1st March 2022 - 2% + additional 1% if Production KPI's are met + 31st October 2022 - 2% cash payment if Profits are met.
The ballot has closed with 63% of members accepting the offer.
