GMB union pay ballot covering all workers across local government, school & academies that follow National Joint Council (NJC Green Book) pay, terms and conditions across England, Wales and Northern Ireland is now open.
The result is a big win for members.
The details of the offer are –
GMB union Regional organiser, Marie Saunderson, said ‘’It is down to the collective organisation and strength in our membership, that the government have got the message. We are serious, with a large percentage of the union membership in agreement and prepared to fight for fair terms of employment. They tried, but can’t ignore the collective strength of a unionised workforce.’’
