The GMB trade union protects people of all ages at work but importantly young people too. As one of the groups most at-risk from being treated unfairly at work, Britain's young workers are increasingly facing these problems everyday:

- Low pay

- Precarious work (zero-hours contracts etc.)

- Lack of training opportunities and career progression

- Bullying and harassment in the workplace

As a general union, the GMB fights everyday to improve members' pay, working conditions and prevent discrimination at work no matter where you work. With dedicated Workplace Reps, local branches and a network for young workers and students, we make sure young people's voices are heard in the workplace.
