Bullying & Harassment GMB union Training Brief. Bullying and harassment is a big problem for trade union reps. It is a health and safety issue which at its worst can lead to suicide. Many stress and mental health problems arise from bullying and harassment and it is a matter of life or death that we as a union declare zero tolerance of such behaviour in the workplace.
