GMB believes in member democracy and is proud to be the only union giving all members an individual vote on this offer. Thousands have already voted and if you haven’t voted please do.
Our national lay reps concluded that the pay offer is the best that can be achieved through negotiations. They believe it is unlikely that anything short of sustained strike action will get the employers to even consider improving the offer.
GMB has decided against recommending a position - we'll leave that up to you. Voting is free, quick and simple - so please, whatever your decision, be sure to have your say.
