GMB's full postal ballot of all members in councils, schools and most academies closed today 9th March with a big majority in favour of accepting the offer from the Employers.
94% of GMB members have voted to accept the pay offer.
The turnout for the ballot consultation is one of the biggest we’ve had for some years so a huge thank you to all the GMB post-holders and members who have helped achieve this.
The Trade Union Side will meet in the coming weeks to discuss next steps so further details will follow.
