GMB welcomes Lancaster City Council decision to pay £100 per month honorarium to frontline staff and calls on other employers to do the same.
Well done Lancaster City Council who have decided to recognise the efforts of front line staff by paying them a £100 per month bonus during the Coronavirus pandemic says GMB
Staff including those working in waste collection, vehicle maintenance, house repairs, cleansing, customer services, building cleaning, foodbank assistance will receive the honorarium for the next 2 months at least.
