It’s the story of a 10 month strike; of politics born of the head and heart; and of 37 young men who dared to stand up against the power of the state and all that it had to throw at them. They went on strike together; they stood side by side in struggle, endured unjust jail sentences, and emerged unbroken and unrepentant.
Proceeds from the event will either go to local causes or be reinvested in further productions, ensuring this important part of labour history reaches as many people as possible.
